UN monitors Lebanon human rights

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, revealed his plans to send a mission to Lebanon to investigate human rights violations since the outbreak of the war between Hezbollah and Israel in March. The conflict has resulted in more than 3,666 deaths due to Israeli airstrikes, amid ongoing clashes and exchanges of attacks between the two sides.
