Saudi Arabia Welcomes 1,000 Pilgrims
His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz has approved the hosting of 1,000 male and female pilgrims from various countries around the world at his expense, as part of the King's Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah, and visitation. The first batch of the program, which will be carried out in four installments throughout the year 1448 AH, includes 250 pilgrims from 16 Asian countries. The aim is to strengthen the spirit of brotherhood among Islamic peoples and to serve Muslims in performing the rites of Umrah and visitation.
