US July jobs decline surprisingly
US job growth unexpectedly declined in July, with 23,000 fewer roles, mainly in local government education and retail. Despite the decrease, the unemployment rate remained steady at 4.1%. The bureau also revised down job numbers for May and June by a total of 103,000.
