Ex-MN trooper criticizes Dems on Somali gang violence
John Nagel, a GOP challenger to Rep. Ilhan Omar in Minnesota, criticized the lack of action by local and state officials to address Somali-American gang violence in the Twin Cities, citing recent shootings and criminal activity. He accused Democrats, including Omar and the county attorney, of being too lenient and said increased law enforcement and stricter prosecutions are needed to stop the violence. Nagel emphasized the importance of enforcement and arrests to prevent the situation from worsening.
