Magic Johnson criticizes Commanders' clock management
Magic Johnson expressed disbelief over the Washington Commanders' last-second overtime clock-management mistake in a game against the New York Giants. With 12 seconds left and no timeouts, quarterback Jayden Daniels was tackled instead of spiking the ball to set up a game-winning field goal, resulting in a 27-27 tie. Both head coach Dan Quinn and Daniels took responsibility for the lapse.
