Cornell 7 accusee sent roommate 3-letter message

Jane Doe, the alleged victim in the Cornell fraternity sexual assault case, sent a brief text to her roommate during what she later described as a drunken, ketamine-fueled gang rape at the Chi Phi fraternity house. The timing of the message, sent about half an hour to an hour after the incident, is used by one of the accused fraternity brothers' lawyers to argue she was not incapacitated. The case is under investigation, with internal disciplinary hearings considering evidence including the text exchange.
