Family dog found hanged outside LA home

A family in Los Angeles is mourning the death of their 9-year-old husky, Ruso, who was allegedly lured away from their home and found hanged in an alley near a laundromat. Witnesses reported seeing two people approach the dog, who was reportedly bitten by a woman before being taken, and footage suggests suspects may be involved in his death. The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation is calling for justice, emphasizing that the suspects, believed to be homeless, should face consequences for the cruelty. There have been no confirmed arrests at this time.
