LA28’s Made for Two-Eight program will enable local Los Angeles manufacturers and nonprofits, starting with Homeboy Industries, to produce and sell Olympic-branded merchandise such as T-shirts featuring the Olympic torch and LA28 logos. Proceeds from sales will support Homeboy’s job training and counseling services, with the program expanding to other local partners across L.A. County before the 2028 Summer Olympics. The initiative aims to provide economic benefits to the community and promote local participation in the Olympic festivities.
