Ukrainian Drones Drop After Starshield Outage

A senior Ukrainian commander reported that disruptions to the Pentagon-funded Starshield satellite internet system caused Ukrainian drones to lose connection during operations, resulting in significant weapon losses and delaying military strikes. Ukrainian officials suspect political motives behind the slowdown, which also hindered air defense and intelligence sharing, though U.S. officials deny any deliberate action. The restrictions have affected Ukraine's battlefield capabilities, raising concerns about the impact on civilian safety and military effectiveness.
