Eman Al-Asi Discusses Challenges on Set

Iman Al-Asi's article focused on the suffering of child actors on set, criticizing some directors for treating them harshly and in an inhumane manner. She pointed out that such tough supervision negatively affects their mental health and their performance on screen. She emphasized that strict artistic oversight can lead to psychological disturbances in children and reduce their chances of participating again. She also expressed her concern over the continuation of such poor treatment, noting that a child who faces rejection or lack of acceptance may suffer from mental health issues in the future. Additionally, she discussed her decision to not let her daughter "Ritaj" participate in artistic works out of concern for her, explaining that a child's understanding of rejection is often incomplete and can lead to psychological disorders if not handled properly.
