Emirati Dirham to EGP rate today

The exchange rate of the Emirati Dirham against the Egyptian Pound remained stable today, Saturday, October 10, 2026, with no change in prices due to bank closures for the weekend holiday. The Central Bank of Egypt maintained the rate at 14.24 pounds for buying and 14.28 pounds for selling, and trading continues at these levels pending the resumption of banking activity and updates in the foreign exchange market. Purchase prices vary among Egyptian banks, with the highest purchase rate recorded by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank at 14.26 pounds and the lowest by Alexandria Bank at 14.19 pounds. The highest selling prices were 14.28 pounds at the Central Bank of Egypt and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. The current stability is due to the halt in transactions during the holiday, and prices are expected to change once banks resume currency trading.
