Social Solidarity trains 3,220 social pioneers

The Ministry of Social Solidarity has concluded the second phase of the training program for 3,220 social pioneers from seven governorates. The goal was to enhance their capabilities in raising awareness about the ministry’s services, social protection programs, and economic empowerment. The training lasted for 24 days in Alexandria and covered topics such as social insurance laws, pensions, economic empowerment, the financial system, as well as issues related to combating violence against women, raising awareness on illegal immigration and human trafficking, and first aid. The ministry emphasized that investing in the skills of these pioneering women directly contributes to improving their fieldwork and guiding families to benefit from available opportunities and services. This initiative is supported by the United Nations Development Programme and the European Union, aiming to strengthen social protection and achieve economic empowerment for Egyptian families.
