Al-Jazira Book Fair Opens with 20 Publishers

The activities of the first Al-Jazeera Book Fair were launched at Al-Jazeera Youth Center, with the participation of more than 20 publishing houses and under the patronage of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The event aims to support the publishing industry and encourage reading. The fair focuses on promoting cultural awareness and community development by offering a diverse range of publications and providing a direct platform between publishers and the public. It is part of Zada Foundation for Women and Development’s plan to organize a series of cultural exhibitions in collaboration with the Egyptian Publishers Union, with the goal of strengthening reading habits and contributing to building a more conscious society, while emphasizing the importance of supporting youth institutions in hosting cultural activities.
