Dubai reports 902 travel document forgeries

The Identity and Foreigners Affairs Department in Dubai has revealed that over 20,000 travel documents were inspected between 2025 and the first half of 2026. During this period, 902 cases of forgery and manipulation of data and digital images were detected. A total of 20,307 inspections were carried out, resulting in the discovery of 689 cases in 2025 and 213 cases in the first half of 2026.
