Kuwait sees 27,000+ labor transfer requests

The Public Authority for Manpower in Kuwait announced the end of the grace period for workers transitioning from prohibited sectors, which was from May 1 to June 30, 2026. During this period, more than 27,000 transfer requests were recorded, benefiting a total of 27,140 workers, most of whom are from the small and medium enterprises sector, followed by the agricultural sector, then the industrial sector, and herding.
