Maa'i introduces first national water conservation award

During the Saudi Water Week 2026 events, the Saudi Ministry of Water and Environment launched the first national award called "Myai" to honor excellence in water efficiency and conservation. The aim is to raise awareness, stimulate innovation, and develop sustainable initiatives. Additionally, the National Center for Water Efficiency and Conservation honored 27 water sustainability partner entities in support of national initiatives, and hosted a series of sessions and workshops to discuss water-related issues and efficiency, thereby reinforcing the culture of water resource preservation.
