The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed bin Zayed, launched the "Saadiyat Marina" project with a development value of 100 billion dirhams (approximately $27.3 billion), covering an area of 6.4 million square meters. The project aims to strengthen the emirate’s maritime identity by building the largest marina in Abu Dhabi, with a capacity of up to 350 berths for luxury boats and yachts. It also includes the development of tourism and entertainment facilities, as well as a diverse cultural hub featuring the Louvre Abu Dhabi, along with community activities and upscale services. The project is part of Abu Dhabi’s plan to develop an integrated infrastructure that enhances its status as a global destination for tourism, culture, and investment. Residential unit sales will commence in the second half of 2026, with infrastructure works scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of the same year.
