National Falcon Center's First Activities in Malham

The National Falcon Center in the Kingdom has launched its first official event following the approval of its new organizational structure. This was marked by an international auction of falcon breeding farms held from August 5 to 25 at the center's headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh. The event aims to enhance the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for falconry. The 2025 auction achieved sales exceeding 13 million SAR and saw the participation of 1,103 falcons from 67 farms across 23 countries, in addition to welcoming over 20,000 visitors. This year's event features booths for local and international farms and falconers, interactive shows, and platforms for competition featuring a select range of falcon breeds, making it a key destination for falconers and visitors from around the world. Coinciding with the auction, the center is also organizing other activities such as the Saudi International Falcon and Hunting Exhibition, the Malwah Race, and various festivals and exhibitions, all aimed at promoting the falconry sector in the Kingdom.
