The 10th edition of the Dhayid Date Festiva l has launched, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and will continue until July 26. The festival aims to promote local production of dates and palm trees, featuring leading palm farmers and date producers alongside government agencies and agricultural companies. The opening ceremony included honoring the winners of various competitions and included directives to strengthen agricultural development and food security in the region, with an emphasis on supporting farmers and elevating the status of the date palm tree as part of the national identity.
