The Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) and the U.S. Export-Import Bank (EXIM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding valued at up to $15 billion, aimed at strengthening financial cooperation, investments, and trade exchanges between Saudi Arabia and the United States.
