Taḥaama Reorganizes Review Committee

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Company announced the reformation of the Audit Committee pursuant to a decision of the Board of Directors, issued on July 21, 2026. Ahmad Mohammed Al-Sawwaf, an independent member from outside the board, has been appointed as chairman of the committee, replacing Saleh Al-Rashid. The committee members from within the board remain as two independent deputies.
