DUBAI Aerospace Industries announced the completion of its acquisition of Macquarie Air Finance and its subsidiaries for a total value of $9 billion, making it the owner and manager of a fleet comprising approximately 1,000 aircraft leased to over 175 airlines in more than 75 countries. Its commitments include the purchase of around 150 aircraft from Boeing, Airbus, and ATR.
