Dubai HR Launches Talent CEO Program

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department has launched the "Government Talent Chief Executive" program, aimed at preparing government leaders with strategic thinking and the ability to utilize data and artificial intelligence technologies to build flexible and sustainable talent systems. The program seeks to empower future leadership and ensure Dubai’s government is ready to meet the demands of the artificial intelligence era through the development of skills in strategic planning, talent management, and data analysis over a period of eight months. It involves the participation of 30 senior leaders from 21 government entities, with more than 150 hours of training and workshops. The program concludes with a presentation of practical projects designed to foster a culture of innovation and achieve the sustainability of Dubai’s government talent ecosystem.
