Ennaimo Holding Company announced the election of Badr Ahmed Ibrahim Sadiqi Al Emadi as an independent member until the end of 2027, following an increase in the Board of Directors to seven members in response to the Qatar Financial Markets Authority's directives. Additionally, Mie Issa Mubarak Issa Al Kobaisi was selected as an alternate member during the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on August 12, 2026.
