Dubai Electricity recruits 21 experts

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) conducted the fifth edition of the "Building Capabilities of Excellence and Evaluation Experts" program, aimed at preparing and qualifying internal evaluation experts and assessors from Emirati talents. Twenty-one new competencies were approved, bringing the total number of certified experts to 99 since the program's inception. The program seeks to empower the authority's leadership to utilize institutional evaluation tools and achieve the highest standards of government excellence. This initiative is part of DEWA's efforts to enhance its global leadership and excellence, having received more than 502 local and international awards between 2015 and 2025. These programs further strengthen the future readiness of the national workforce and improve government performance in line with Dubai’s and the UAE’s vision.
