Medina sees 200B riyals in 280 projects

The city of Medina has witnessed developmental investments totaling nearly 200 billion Riyals, including the implementation of 280 developmental projects since 2025. About 80% of these projects are concentrated in the commercial sector. The projects are spread across 12 sectors, with the largest share belonging to the commercial sector, comprising 206 projects. They cover investment areas exceeding 30 million square meters, aiming to support urban growth and increase the number of visitors, with a goal of reaching 30 million visitors annually by 2030.
