Takamul Holding Company of Saudi Arabia is planning to expand its regional presence through a strategic partnership with the Public Authority for Labour in Kuwait. The goal is to develop the labor market ecosystem and improve its efficiency through four main pillars, including developing the Kuwaiti occupational guide and linking it to relevant classifications, developing a professional accreditation system to assess skills and qualifications, conducting specialized studies and research on skills, and developing digital platforms for worker and employer services. The partnership aims to establish an integrated system that connects skills assessment, worker classification, and enhanced digital services to facilitate user experience, leveraging Kuwait’s market expertise to update the labor market. Both parties also emphasize the importance of linking studies, professional accreditation, and digital services to achieve tangible improvements in Kuwait’s labor market. Currently, services for verifying the qualifications of over 1.5 million workers are available, along with the classification of more than 10 million individuals based on their skills across a network of over 200 testing centers in more than 160 countries.
