Partnership to Build Downtown Hospital

Al Muneeq Development Company, affiliated with the Public Investment Fund, has entered into a strategic investment partnership worth one billion riyals with Al Muneeq Medical Group to develop a public hospital within the destination. The hospital is expected to have around 200 beds and will offer a variety of services including emergency care, pediatrics, orthopedics, and cardiology, helping to meet the healthcare needs of residents and visitors of the new destination. This project aims to serve more than 280,000 residents and is based on the "15-minute city" concept. This partnership is the first in a series of agreements that will support community service systems and help achieve the objectives of developing Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector. The project is expected to move from the planning phase to implementation in the coming months.
