Over 9,700 residential plots listed in Saudi Arabia since 2026

The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing has revealed that more than 9,700 residential plots of land have been offered through the "Sakani" platform since the beginning of 2026 up to the end of August, as part of efforts to increase the housing supply and provide diverse housing options for Saudi families.
