Anthropic drops Dikart bid

Anthropic has decided to back out of its acquisition of the AI company D-Cart AI after reviewing and assessing the deal, amid the possibility of exploring other collaboration opportunities with the company. Reports had indicated negotiations to purchase D-Cart for around $6 billion, but the deal did not go through. Instead, the company is focusing on strengthening its computing capabilities and developing its products in preparation for an anticipated IPO on Wall Street.
