Hayden Egypt Electric Complex Phase Two Starts in November

Haier Egypt for Electrical Appliances announced the opening of the second phase of its industrial complex in 10th of Ramadan City. The complex, which began operations two years ago, includes four factories with an investment of $135 million and an annual production capacity of over one million units. The second phase will involve the production of refrigerators and freezers, with a capacity exceeding 500,000 units annually. The focus will be on increasing the local component percentage and developing local suppliers. Minister Khaled Hesham emphasized the ministry’s support for expanding and localizing technology to achieve the development and industrial goals in the Egyptian market.
