United Insurance shares trading halted

The Capital Market Authority has decided to suspend trading of United Cooperative Insurance Company's shares starting September 13, 2026, following the company's announcement of a bankruptcy petition filed against it. The suspension will remain in place until the Commercial Court rules on the petition, in order to protect the rights of shareholders and creditors, in accordance with the Securities Market Law and bankruptcy regulations. Previously, the company had requested a financial reorganization to avoid collapse, after one of its creditors filed for liquidation.
