PepsiCo Reinforces Saudi Commitment

PepsiCo celebrated the 96th Saudi National Day, reaffirming its long-term commitment to the Kingdom by strengthening investments in local supply chains and developing national capabilities. The company collaborates with nine local farmers in Al-Jouf, Hail, and Wadi Al-Dawasir, where these partnerships supply 100% of the potatoes used in its products. Some of these partnerships have exceeded 25 years and have resulted in a 31% reduction in water consumption since 2015. Additionally, the company is focused on employing Saudis, with 800 employees in Dammam, 84% of whom are Saudis. It is also expanding its scientific and technological team through its new center in Riyadh. PepsiCo supports a network of over 600 suppliers, and its products reach more than 102,000 stores.
