Saudi Arabia's Cir Company has launched its first electric vehicle, the "Eksobot," resulting from a partnership with the Public Investment Fund and supported by technologies from BMW. The car, available in two main variants—sedan and four-wheel drive—features a 1,111-horsepower engine and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.1 seconds. It also supports fast charging, which can replenish the battery in 30 minutes. Production is expected to begin and the vehicles to be available in the market starting from the fourth quarter of 2026, with quick delivery for orders, aiming to establish a local industrial base for electric vehicle manufacturing in the Kingdom.
