Saudi Arabia sells land plots in Masar Passage

Al-Qur’a Development and Construction Companies, along with Al-Inmaa Development Company, sold two land plots in the Wajhat Masaar area of Mecca, for approximately 310.44 million Riyals, to develop two residential towers as part of the region’s development strategy. The two plots are located along the pedestrian walkway "The Boulevard" and have a total area of 4,947 square meters. The sale value for each plot is 178.24 million and 132.20 million Riyals before taxes. This sale was expected to have a positive impact on liquidity and financial results, as the proceeds will be used to finance projects and support working capital.
