Saudi hotel rooms rise 13.2% in Q2 2026

The hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experienced expansion during the second quarter of 2026, with an increase in supply. The number of licensed rooms grew by 13.2%, and rooms in serviced apartments and other hospitality facilities rose by 19.7%. Despite the increase in availability, the hotel room occupancy rate declined to 51.0%, down from 53.2% in the same period of 2025.
