It also sets fixed annual fees of 11,000 SAR for operating entertainment facilities, daily permits for events and live shows ranging from 150 to 2,500 SAR, along with fees for annual permits and late-night events until midnight. Additionally, activities involving crowd management and ticket sales are subjected to an annual fee of 3,000 SAR, plus a 5% deduction from the total value of tickets sold. The regulation also specifies the conditions and cases for refunding the financial amounts. It will come into effect 120 days after approval, with the goal of organizing and enhancing the entertainment sector in Saudi Arabia.
