British Jewish groups to host London vigil
British Jewish groups will hold a vigil in London to honor victims of the October 7 attacks in Israel, with the event scheduled at Richmond Terrace near Downing Street. The attacks, carried out by Hamas, resulted in 1,200 deaths, injuries, and captives, and are considered the deadliest for the Jewish community since the Holocaust. The event follows wide-ranging tributes and comes amid increased antisemitic incidents in the UK and ongoing tensions related to the Israel-Gaza conflict.
