Israeli Forces Detain US Politician Lander

Around 80 US, Israeli, and British volunteers, including Democratic congressional candidate Brad Lander, were detained by Israeli forces while harvesting olives near Nahalin in the West Bank. Lander, a critic of the Israeli government and supporter of Palestinian rights, was released with a warning, while others remain in custody. The Israeli military claimed the area was a closed military zone, prompting the detentions during a peaceful olive harvest.
