Iraq and Bulgaria Pact on Political Cooperation

Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein signed a memorandum of understanding with his Bulgarian counterpart, Vesela Vecheva Petkova, to enhance cooperation and coordination in political consultations between the two countries.
