Education extends admission deadline to Wednesday

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq has announced an extension of the application period for the Central Admission channels, including the General channel, the Distinguished category, and the Martyrs' category, as well as direct admission, the Elite program, and the College of Excellence at the University of Kufa. The deadline has been extended until next Wednesday, October 7, 2026. This extension aims to give first and second-round graduates the opportunity to complete their application requirements and review their admission prospects through the Qadam electronic platform, without the need to visit the universities. Additionally, applications for the government-private (parallel) education channel and private education will be launched later after the announcement of the central admission results.
