Health introduces Factor VIII for inherited bleeding disorders

The Iraqi Ministry of Health announced the arrival of the Factor VIII treatment used for cases of inherited blood bleeding disorders, in order to secure specialized treatments and strengthen the medication stockpile in Iraq. The General Company for Marketing Medical Supplies and Pharmaceuticals (Kimadia) clarified that the treatment will be distributed and made available to health departments in Baghdad and the provinces according to need, thereby contributing to the improvement of care services for patients with inherited blood bleeding disorders across the country.
