Lawyers Syndicate Sues Prisoners Foundation Chief

The Iraqi Lawyers Syndicate has filed a criminal complaint before the Investigation Court in Karrada against the President of the Political Prisoners Foundation. This was due to lawyers being unable to enter the foundation and its committees to carry out their legal duties and represent citizens, despite official correspondences. The complaint was made as a result of obstructing legal procedures and the lack of cooperation. The syndicate has called for taking the necessary legal measures to address these violations.
