Beit Beirut commercial register reopens

The Commercial Registry Office in Bouchrieh has been closed since August 2025 due to structural safety risks, which has led to the suspension of transactions and the withdrawal of paper files. The lack of an alternative location has caused operational disruptions. The judiciary administration has begun implementing a plan to archive files electronically, including transferring thousands of files to digital archiving centers and gradually resuming services. A final deadline for restoration proposals has been set for July 21st, with the aim of repairing the building and fully restoring its operations. This is expected to quickly normalize work and alleviate the backlog of files.
