UNIFIL extends south efforts and aids families

UNIFIL forces in southern Lebanon has expanded its activities, taking advantage of the decrease in violence. They distributed over 800 hygiene kits to more than 4,000 people across six southern towns. This comes alongside efforts to strengthen coordination with local authorities and carry out their mandated tasks under UN Security Council Resolution 1701, with the aim of supporting affected communities and improving living and security conditions in the area.
