Beirut Traffic Station Continues Enforcement

The Beirut Traffic Patrol continued its campaigns to enforce traffic regulations in the Lebanese capital, in accordance with the Minister of Interior’s decision to tighten measures against violations, especially those committed by motorcycle drivers. During the campaign, 1,986 motorcycles and 231 cars were confiscated for violations, and 11,085 violation reports were issued between July 1 and 18, 2026. The Directorate affirms that the campaigns will continue and urges citizens to regularize their vehicle statuses and comply with the laws to ensure public safety.
