Over 5,000 retired teachers seek justice

The fund also faces challenges in collecting contributions from schools, as there is a significant disparity in compliance. A new system needs to be implemented that links obtaining clearance certificates to the settlement of dues, ensuring teachers' rights and safeguarding the sustainability of the fund.
