Forest Ranger Promoted to General Manager

Samer Khound has been appointed as the General Manager of the Public Institution for Consumer Markets in Lebanon, despite the Civil Service Council's rejection of his promotion from Category Four. He was nominated from outside the staff, within Category Two. Previously, Khound worked at the Ministry of Agriculture as a Forest Officer and served as the Director of Minister Nizar Hani's office.
