Patron inaugurates Bishop Shbibé Center

His Beatitude Patriarch Mar Beshara Botros Rayyess laid the cornerstone of Bishop Philip Shabaiah's Center for Children with Special Needs in Bsharri, under the auspices of the Bishop Philip Shabaiah Social Foundation and with support from the German Mission to Children’s Work Foundation.
