Sadee introduces Zahle-inspired distribution model

Minister of Energy and Water Jouz al-Seddi announced that the Regulatory Authority, in collaboration with the World Bank, conducted a study to develop a new electricity distribution model in Lebanon. This model is based on dividing the country into regions, following the Zahle experience, with the aim of moving toward a more decentralized distribution system. It was also noted that the study seeks to improve electricity management and promote fair distribution, as part of the government's efforts to enhance the energy sector.
